Terms and Conditions

Important:

• All passengers must carry one original ID card issued by the Government of India (Aadhar card, Driving License, Ration Card, PAN card).

Accommodation:

• The above rates are applicable for double and twin-sharing room accommodations only.

• Single travellers are advised to choose single occupancy.

Tour Program:

• The daily tour program may change due to local conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

• The company may modify the tour program if required.

• Skipped attractions due to unavoidable situations will not be refunded.

Tour Manager & Driver:

• Contact details of the tour manager/driver will be provided one day before departure.

• If details are not received, passengers should collect them from the office.

Tour Cost & Expenses:

• Tour cost depends on seat availability, date of booking, and additional services.

• Passengers who discontinue the tour midway will be responsible for any additional expenses incurred.

• Timely adherence to the tour schedule is required for group tours; any personal delays must be managed by the passenger.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before departure will incur a service fee of Rs. 3000/- plus any flight/train ticket charges.

• Cancellations within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.

• Refunds will be processed to the authorised sender’s account within 3-4 working days.

Note:

• If vehicles are delayed or cancelled due to natural or unavoidable circumstances, all charges must be borne by the customer.

Jurisdiction:

• This agreement is governed by the laws of India.

• Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai.
